Our Quick Start journey begins with a project kick-off call and a detailed requirement-gathering session. We take the time to understand your business, review your objectives, and explore how Salesforce can be leveraged to meet them. These sessions also cover your key lead, account, sales, and activity management processes. Additionally, we’ll schedule weekly project check-in calls to review progress and plan the next steps.

Transform the Salesforce interface to reflect your brand. Enable your team to work on the go with the Salesforce Mobile App, and streamline data access with custom list views.
Deliverables: Custom Salesforce App, Custom Logo, Page Layouts (for Records and Lightning pages), Enable basic Salesforce Mobile settings, Five list views on standard objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts or Opportunities).

Organize your data effectively with custom fields across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities. We’ll also set up necessary validation rules and perform a one-time data import into Salesforce.
Deliverables: Ten custom fields for standard Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities), Two validation rules, Set up field history tracking for standard objects, Update search layouts for standard objects, *One time import of Accounts and Contacts via provided Excel templates.

Identify and define up to three key management reports and two user-specific reports. We’ll also create a dashboard that provides a high-level overview of your sales process.
Deliverables: Five standard reports and one custom dashboard.

Reduce manual data entry with Salesforce automation. We’ll collaborate with you to determine the best features to support your team's daily tasks.
Deliverables: Web-to-Lead setup, One standard automation (Flow), One Lead process and one Opportunity process to align with your internal business structure.

We’ll configure Salesforce to mirror your internal business workflows, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
Deliverables: Setup a Lead Process and or Sales Process using Salesforce Leads and or Opportunities.

Efficiently onboard your team into Salesforce. We’ll create your assigned Salesforce users and assign them the appropriate roles and profiles using a provided template.
Deliverables: Create and assign users as well as determine password policies before onboarding new users to Salesforce.

Thirty days after go-live, we’ll check in with you and your team to ensure everything is running smoothly. We’ll review reports, team engagement, lessons learned, and discuss any next steps. This includes two one-hour remote training sessions—one for end users and one for system administrators.
First Session: General overview, review processes, reports & user feedback.
Second Session: General system admin settings & configurations.
If you need additional support, we offer resources at a discounted* Sales Cloud consulting rate.
Deliverables: One hour of online training for end users (optional) and one hour of training for the admin (optional) to review basic Salesforce tasks.

Einstein Activity Capture is not included and may require additional time from your IT department to complete setup. This can be added to your package with the purchase of additional Salesforce Consulting hours.
Saym will help review your existing data before import and provide recommendations and best practices for data import into Salesforce. If data cleaning services are required (e.g., consolidation of records, duplicate check and removal, data normalization, etc.), will require the purchase of additional Salesforce Consulting hours (15% off with Saym Preferred).
This package does not include third-party integration between Salesforce and any external system, files, processes, etc.
This package is not recommended for an implementation of more than 10 users.
All training will be provided remotely via screen share and sessions will be recorded.
Lightning/Apex development to support business processes is not part of this package and would be quoted separately, if required
Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules are not part of this package and would be quoted separately, if required. this means that everyone will have access to all records in Salesforce by default on go-live date.
